Financial Policy & Insurance

As a specialist office, we offer the highest quality of care and flexible payment options for our patients.  We accept all major dental insurances, and as a courtesy we will assist you in filing your dental claim.  For your convenience we accept Cash, Debit Cards, Credit Cards [Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express], HSA & FSA Cards, and patient financing [CareCredit].  

PAYMENT IS DUE IN FULL AT THE TIME OF SERVICE.

Our office will provide an estimate of the cost and your copay before any treatment is started.  Total treatment cost typically ranges from $965 to $2,150 depending on the complexity of the case.

To serve our community and nation, our office gladly treats veterans referred by the VA Healthcare System / Community Care Network.  Per the VA Dental Clinic, all veterans referred for treatment require an Authorization Number prior to scheduling an appointment.

Dental Insurance

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.  Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks.  If your insurance pays more than expected, our office will promptly send issue you a refund.  Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.  If you have questions, please contact us at (423) 621-2000.  Many times, a simple telephone call can answer any questions.  

To provide the highest quality of care, we reserve specific time for each patient.  Appointments not confirmed within five (5) business hours prior to your appointment time may have to be rescheduled.  If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible.  Without adequate notice, our office may require a deposit towards your treatment to reschedule your appointment.  Thank you!
